I have put this site up primarily for one purpose: to make available high quality prints of some of my original paintings, drawings, and pastels. I have found a printing process that goes by the name of "Iris Printing" that produces a digital print of such richness that it seems as if the oil paint or pastel might come off on your fingers if you should touch it.
Over the many years that I have been making images I realized only recently that all I had to remember my work by were some slides or old show announcements. Most all of my pictures seem to have found homes or walls other than my own. Well, when I saw an Iris print I realized that I could use this printing process to make myself something that could stand in nicely for those pictures that were no longer in my care.
Each of the prints that I create is done to my standards. I have them proofed until they have the look, the feel, that best carries my original intent of the image. These are prints, not drawings or paintings. Therefore the image must be one that transcends mediums and carries itself well as it finds its place as an Iris print. I believe I have done that. I can now offer these images to you, the art loving public, at prices that are affordable to most anyone.
Over the months and years ahead I will be expanding my selection of prints. At present there are eight that are immediately available.
